Shipping & Delivery

All orders from SpicyCubes.co.uk are shipped free of charge.

International orders are shipped via our delivery partners. Delivery times may vary by country and are displayed at checkout.

We aim to process orders on most business days on the same day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Pre-orders will be shipped on or before the date stated on the product page.

All orders from SpicyCubes.co.uk are always shipped discreetly in neutral, plain packaging with no branding on the outside.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or deformed, please contact us. With reasonable proof we will offer a full refund or return.

Cancellations must be submitted by email before your order has been dispatched from our distribution center.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the delivery service and have your tracking number ready.

SpicyCubes.co.uk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we have no further control over the delivery.

During busy periods, deliveries may be delayed. Orders arriving significantly later than expected may be eligible for a partial refund, unless advance notice of the delay was provided and cancellation options were offered.
