30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the delivery date of your order.

Before sending a return, you must first contact our customer service for approval and further instructions.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or deformed, we will replace it free of charge as soon as we receive reasonable proof.

If you wish to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, the following applies:

The pouch must be unopened and fully sealed to be eligible for return.
For bulk orders, unopened and sealed bags may be returned as long as they are in their original condition.
Opened or used products are not eligible for a full refund.
If your return is approved, we can provide a return label. In some cases, return shipping costs may apply.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within one week of our receipt of the returned product.

Notes
We may request photos of the product to help us improve our quality and process your refund more quickly.

During busy periods, deliveries may be delayed. If your order arrives significantly later than promised and you were not informed of this in advance, you may be eligible for a partial t
